Frank O'Hara was an instructor and later professor of political economy at the Catholic University of America, 1909-1938. Organizer and president of St. Anthony's Parish Credit Union, 1932-1938, he was also chairman of the Parish Credit Union National Committee which came under the control of the Social Action department of the National Catholic Welfare Conference.
