Gregory, Augustus Charles, 1819-1905
Variant namesAugustus Charles Gregory was an explorer; he was appointed first Surveyor-General for Queensland, a post which he held from 1859 until 1879. He was a member of the Legislative Council from 10 November 1882 to 25 June 1905.
