Bohr, Aage.
Variant namesBorn 1922, son of Niels Bohr. Took over leadership of the Copenhagen Institute for Theoretical Physics on his father's death. He shared the Nobel Prize for physics in 1975 with his close collaborators Ben Mottelson and James Rainwater, for their contribution to the theory of the collective properties of atomic nuclei.
