Sahni, Ruchi Ram, 1863-1948
Variant namesR. R. Sahni was India's first nuclear physicist, having worked with Rutherford at Cambridge. He joined the Indian Meteorological Department in 1885. He became Assistant Professor at Government College, Lahore, and retired as Professor in 1920.
