Harold Elstner Talbott (b. 1888, Dayton, Ohio-d. 1957) was president Dayton Wright Airplane Company from 1916 to 1920 and served as an aviator in World War I. He was chairman of board of the North American Aviation Company in 1931 and 1932, then as director of aircraft production for the War Production Board in 1942 and 1943. He served as Secretary of the U.S. Air Force from 1953 to 1955.
