Hickey, Doyle O. (Doyle Overton), 1891-1961
Variant namesDoyle Overton Hickey (1891-1961) was born in Rector, Arkansas. He received his commission in the Field Artillery of the Officers Reserve Corps in 1917. He commanded the 3rd Armored Division from March to August 1945 and was Chief of Staff of the Far East Command from 1950 until his retirement in July 1953.
