Francis P. Brassor (1899-1978) was Chief of Administrative Services of the U.S. Civil Service Commission from 1942 to 1953. He was the Executive Secretary of the Commission on Organization of the Executive Branch of the Government (first Hoover commission) from 1947 to 1949, and Executive Secretary of the Commission on the Organization of the Executive Branch of the Government (second Hoover commission) from 1953 to 1955.
