University of Chicago. Board of Trustees. Committee on Audit and Securities.
Established in 1890, the Committee was superseded in 1932 by the Committee on Accounting and Audit. It authorized the annual examination and audit of all University accounts. It also made or authorized an examination of all securities and funds in all departments of the University.
