John Wilson O'Daniel, also known as Iron Mike O'Daniel (b. Feb. 15, 1894, Newark, Delaware-d. Mar. 29, 1975) was Military Attache in Moscow from June 1948 to Auguste 1950, and served as Commanding General of I Corps in 1951 and 1952. He then served as Commanding General of the U.S. Army Pacifi from 1952 to 1954. He retired from Army service in February 1956)
