The first conference was held in New York, N.Y. on May 30th and 31st, 1917. The second conference, held in Chicago on July 7th and 8th, 1917 was sometimes called the Chicago Conference on Democracy and Terms of Peace. A third conference was proposed for Los Angeles, but was probably not held.
