Crawford Pasco was a naval officer and, later, a police magistrate who helped to organise the water police force at Williamstown.

The youngest son of Rear Admiral John Pasco, Crawford Pasco was born in Plymouth on 17 January, 1818, he joined the navy at 12 and retired in Victoria and became Police Magistrate in Williamstown.
