Starkey, Marion Lena

Marion Lena Starkey was born April 13, 1901, in Worcester, Mass. She began writing as a child, but did not take up writing full time for many years. After working as an editor and an English professor, she became a full time writer. She is best known for writing history. Biographical Source: Something About the Author, vol. 13.
