Wales, Julia Grace (b. 1881)
Julia Grace Wales (1881-1957) was born in Bury, Quebec. She went to the University of Wisconsin in 1905 after graduate school at Radcliffe College. Her pamphlet "Continuous Mediation Without Armistice," published in 1915 by the Woman's Peace Party, called for a continuous conference of neutral nations as a means for prevention of future wars.
