Wheildon, William W. (William Willder), 1805-1892

Massachusetts printer, newspaper publisher, editor, journalist, writer on historical and literary topics, lecturer. Founder in 1827 and editor and publisher until 1870 of Bunker Hill Aurora in Charlestown, Mass. Purchased home in Concord, Mass., in 1846; maintained winter residence at Charlestown until 1856, when he made Concord his permanent home.
