McMillen, Tom, 1952-

Charles Thomas McMillen (born May 26, 1952 in Elmira, N.Y.) is an American politician, businessman, and retired professional basketball player. A Rhodes Scholar, McMillen represented Maryland's 4th congressional district from January 3, 1987 to January 3, 1993. He served as the co-chairman of the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports from 1993-1997.
