Peacock, R. K. (Robert Knox)

Robert Knox Peacock was a librarian and heraldic artist at the Defence Library of the Victoria Barracks in Melbourne. In 1946 he designed the Victoria Police Force badge. Previously he had been a Warrant officer class 1.
